The terms of the 2018 Apartment Building Agreement has been ratified by the residential membership of Local 32BJ. If you desire to be bound to this agreement, please implement wage increases retroactive to April 21, 2018. The RAB will send out an Assent shortly. The terms of the new agreement are contained in Residential Bulletin #285 (see below).
